The #1 clipping
infrastructure for brands
that want predictable virality
You supply one piece of long form content. It enters the Crucible, our five gate selection process, and 12,000 clips are cut from every video to maximise reach. Every one of those clips is then watched by a person. What survives deploys across a network of 250,000 vetted clippers reaching 180M+ people every month.

Three stages.
That is the entire operation.
Stated plainly, for anyone who has sat through a dozen agency pitches this quarter and still cannot describe what any of them actually do.
You supply one video
A podcast, a keynote, an interview, a livestream. A single file is the entire input we require from you.
A person watches every clip that comes back
12,000 clips are cut from your video by a network of 250,000 vetted clippers working in parallel. Every clip that comes back is then reviewed individually by a person, and the weak ones are killed before they ever reach an audience.
What survives deploys across the network
Not your accounts, and not rented influencers. Properties inside the Vanguard network, carrying audiences that are already there, released in a deliberate order across several weeks.
Everything difficult happens in stage two: deciding what deserves to survive. See how that decision is made →
Twelve thousand go in.
Thirty eight come out.
Each stage is a filter, and each one is run by a different mechanism: volume, then human judgement, then neural response. Nothing passes by default.
That last number is the one that matters. Everything in the three rows above it was made, watched, scored and paid for by us.
Five gates. Nothing gets waved through.
Most agencies publish everything they produce, because they are paid by the unit. We destroy ninety seven percent of ours at our own expense. This is what a clip has to survive to carry your name.
We will walk you through all five gates on a call. What actually moves the score stays unpublished, for reasons that should be obvious.
We do not guess which clips will land.
We score them.
Every clip that survives human review is scored from 0 to 100 before we will publish it. The Verdict estimates how deeply a viewer processes a clip, and how fast, using TRIBE v2, a brain-response model that reads the video, the audio and the language at once and predicts the cortical response across roughly 70,000 points of the cortex.
It is not a measure of craft. A clip can be beautifully cut and register nowhere past the visual cortex, which is the most common and most expensive failure in short form marketing. We publish above 61. Everything below it is discarded, however good it looks.
The prediction is built on published neuroscience. The correction, tuned against eighteen billion views of our own distribution, is not available anywhere else.
Real numbers.
Nothing rounded up.
Every figure below is a verified view count from a live campaign, with the client named. Eight of them open into the full account of what they wanted, what we built, and what it produced.
They came for reach.
They stayed for what they could prove.
“We got all the attention we needed on our highest-production series. It is now the most popular content we have ever released.”
Good clips, random results:
the pattern every brand hits
Great footage, nothing to show for it
The edit is good, the hook is good, and the view count still flatlines, because nobody with an audience is posting it.
One winner a month is not a growth curve
A clip lands, you celebrate, and the next four do nothing. One upload cannot carry a quarter. Hundreds can.
Posting when you remember is not a system
Output that moves with how busy the week was gives you results that move exactly the same way. Volume has to be scheduled, not hoped for.
Twelve thousand made.
Three hundred survive.
“There is a version of this story I have watched too many times. A company spends a mid six figure budget on short form, the quarter ends, and all that is left is a folder of clips and an invoice nobody can explain. Making clips is not the hard part any more, a phone can do it. Knowing which one deserves your name is the hard part, and that is the only part we charge for. Every clip we make is watched by a person, then scored on how deeply a real viewer processes it. What fails, we pay for. What survives goes out carrying your brand. Nobody should have to guess whether this is working. They should be able to see it.”
You are buying the judgement, not the clips.
Clips are free now. Software makes them in seconds and half the market is selling them by the hundred. What has never been free is knowing which ones to keep. That judgement is the entire product: a person watches all twelve thousand, the score filters what stays, and only what clears both goes out carrying your name. The wasted work is our cost line, not yours.
Every clip is reviewed by a person
Not a sample, and not an algorithm. Twelve thousand clips, watched start to finish by our editorial team. Nine in ten are removed, and you can see precisely which ones and why.
Publication happens on the network
Established network properties carrying genuine audiences, built over years. A launch date is a launch date.
Every survivor is scored from 0 to 100
The Verdict estimates how deeply a viewer processes a clip, and how fast. We publish above 61 and discard the rest.
Four things no other operator
in this category will do.
The network runs on properties we control, so nothing can be cancelled on us
The pages your clips appear on belong to Vanguard, built up over years. When we commit to a launch date it holds, because there is no influencer to chase, no rate to renegotiate mid campaign, and no post going live three days late. Together these channels reach 180M+ people a month across TikTok, Reels, Shorts and X.

Most of what we make never sees daylight
The best clip in a batch of thirty is only ever the best of thirty. We work from twelve thousand and burn the rest, at our expense rather than yours.
See which clips actually moved the numbers
A live dashboard shows which clips carried the views, which audiences repeated, and what to cut next.
You never once pay for a failure
Paying an agency per view pays them to publish everything, strong or weak. We attach our name only to what survives review.
India and the West,
running at the same time.
Almost every operator in this category is strong in one market and a reseller everywhere else. Copying what we do is not a matter of writing a better pitch. Four things have to exist at once, and three of them take years.
A network that took years to build
250,000 vetted editors, allocated by category, language and region. You cannot buy this on a marketplace, and you cannot assemble it in a quarter. It is the part competitors consistently underestimate.
18 billion views of consequences
The brain model predicts. What makes the prediction accurate is eighteen billion views of what actually happened afterwards, held against every forecast and used to correct the next one.
Two hemispheres at once
Regulated Western ad markets and the Indian market do not behave alike, do not consume alike and do not have the same rules. Running both from one operation is rare, and running regional-language pods inside India is rarer still.
The model and the distribution, in one company
Most people have one or the other. A brilliant scoring system with no network cannot publish. A network with no selection discipline publishes noise. Ours are the same operation, which is why the loop closes.
A competitor can copy the wording of any paragraph on this site in an afternoon. What they cannot copy is a network that took years, or eighteen billion views of ground truth. That asymmetry is the entire business.
We have run campaigns
we cannot name.
We have delivered distribution for major political campaigns, in India and in Western markets. Their names are not on this page and never will be. Campaign work runs under non-disclosure agreements, and in several jurisdictions electoral rules restrict what may be said about campaign activity after the fact.
So there is no logo wall here. That is the point.
Most operators in this category show you a wall of brand marks and let you assume the rest. We are not going to imply a political result we cannot evidence in public, and we are not going to name a client who did not authorise it.
What we can tell you is the shape of the work. Nationwide and multi-state campaigns. Assembly and parliamentary constituencies. Diaspora outreach into the US, UK, Canada and the Gulf. Regional-language pods running the same message in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali and Telugu rather than dubbing an English cut and hoping.
On a call, under your own NDA, we can talk about categories, regions and structure. Not before, and not in writing on a public page.
No client, no region, no result. Never, without written clearance from the campaign.
The most we will discuss before you have signed anything.
Language-allocated pods, not one English feed pushed everywhere.
Platforms have restricted or switched off political advertising across all four regions. Organic distribution is what still reaches voters.
