Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 September 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. Who we are
Vanguard Infrastructure (“Vanguard”, “we”) provides managed short-form content distribution services to brands. This policy covers this website and the services offered through it.
2. What we collect
Information you give us: name, work email, company, budget range, platform preferences and anything you type into a form or tell us on a call. Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed, via first-party analytics. Campaign data: performance telemetry relating to clips distributed under your campaign.
3. Why we use it
To respond to enquiries and schedule calls; to scope, deliver, verify and report on campaigns; to invoice and meet legal obligations; to improve this website and our service; and, where you have opted in, to send occasional updates. We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal bases
We rely on legitimate interests (running and improving our business), performance of a contract (delivering campaigns you have commissioned), consent (marketing email and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
5. Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site functioning. Analytics cookies measure page performance and campaign attribution and are only set once you accept them in the banner. You can decline without losing access to any part of the site, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
6. Sharing
We share data only with processors who help us operate: hosting, analytics, email, scheduling and payment providers, each under contract and only for the purposes described here. Creators in our network never receive your personal data — they receive campaign assets and briefs.
7. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from last contact. Campaign records are kept for 7 years where required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete anything not subject to a legal retention requirement.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Exercise any of these by emailing vangaurdmedia0@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
10. Security
Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it, protected by SSO and multi-factor authentication, and campaign dashboards are scoped per client. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify you and any regulator as required if a breach affects you.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
12. Changes
We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes will be notified by email to active clients.
13. Contact
Questions, requests or complaints: vangaurdmedia0@gmail.com. If you are in the EU or UK and unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
Brand and publication marks
Client and publication logos shown across this site identify brands we have distributed content for and outlets that have covered the clipping model. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and their use does not imply endorsement.
