From one file to 250,000+ accounts in 72 hours
No black box. Here is every phase of a Vanguard campaign, what happens inside it, what we need from you, and how long it takes.
Six phases, one cycle,
repeated every week
Scope & brief
A 30-minute call establishes goals, platforms, category restrictions and the reach target. We turn it into a written brief: tone, hook direction, banned claims, competitor no-go list and the exact definition of a qualifying view for your campaign.
Content intake
You drop the long-form file into a shared folder. Podcast, keynote, stream VOD, product demo, webinar — anything over ten minutes works. If you have no footage, our production side generates the source instead and the rest of the pipeline is identical.
Clipping & review
Editors cut the source into platform-native verticals: 20 to 60 clips per hour of footage. Every clip is graded, captioned and checked against the brief. Nothing reaches a creator account without passing the brand-safety pass first.
Creator allocation
Clips are matched to creators by category, audience geography, historical retention and platform. Allocation is closed — only vetted accounts in the network can receive your assets, and each one gets a posting window rather than a free-for-all.
Distribution goes live
Posting begins across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X inside the same window. Volume is staged, not dumped, so the platforms read the activity as organic rather than coordinated.
Verify, report, scale
Views pass the anti-bot routing layer before they count. Your dashboard updates live. At day seven we cut the dead formats, double the volume on winners, and the cycle restarts with what we learned.
What we need from you
- One long-form file (or permission to produce one)
- Brand guidelines and any legal restrictions
- A named approver who can sign off the brief
- Your reach target and budget range
That is genuinely it. No account access, no passwords, no posting from your handles, no internal hires.
What you never touch
- Creator sourcing, vetting and contracting
- Editing, captioning and format testing
- Payouts, invoices and creator disputes
- Fraud filtering and view verification
- Weekly reporting and optimisation calls
How a view becomes a verified view
Four filters sit between a play event and the number on your invoice. Anything that fails is discarded and never billed.
Source check
The account must be a vetted network member in good standing, with posting history that predates your campaign.
Behaviour check
Watch-time distribution, scroll velocity and engagement ratios are compared to the creator’s own baseline.
Network check
Traffic is routed against known farm ranges, device clusters and repeat-view signatures.
Reconciliation
Platform-reported figures are reconciled against our own telemetry before anything is billed to you.
